All registrations after this will be held and processed onsite at the conference at the Onsite registration fee. Please see below for the refund schedule. Cancellation requests for refunds must be made in writing or email and postmarked on or before 10 September 2002. A processing fee of $50 will be charged. For cancellations received between 10 September and close of Korea business [5pm] 19 September, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. After 19 September, all fees paid are 100% non-refundable. All refunds are processed after the conference. Conference programs and events will be officially recorded. Recording media other than still photography is prohibited. Children (under 14) are not permitted to attend any conference functions or events.
