Registration for the conference Online and postal registration will be accepted on or before 29 September 2000. All registrations after this will be held and processed onsite at the conference. Registration Acknowledgement Once your form has been received, you will receive confirmation by email. Upon attendance of the conference you will receive official receipts. Refund Deadline Cancellation requests for refunds must be made in writing or email and postmarked on or before 22 September, 2000. No refunds will be issued after this date. A 50% cancellation fee will be charged for the conference, and a 100% cancellation fee for the Shirakawa-Go Tour. All refunds will be processed after the conference. Substitutions/Changes Please contact the VSMM Secretary. Special Policies Special dietary requirements (e.g.. Vegetarian) are catered for if advance notice is given. Conference programs and events will be officially recorded. Recording media other than still photography is prohibited. Young children (under 16) are not allowed in the exhibition and some conference areas.
